Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Saeed Khatibzadeh has slammed the statement of French President Emmanuel Macron on the need to conclude a new nuclear deal with Tehran.

The deal also involves Saudi Arabia, Tasnim reported.

In a statement released on Saturday, Khatibzadeh responded to recent statements by the French president, urging Emmanuel Macron to refrain from hasty and ill-considered positions.

The Iranian deal is a multilateral international agreement that was approved and stabilized by Security Council (UN) Resolution 2231. It is by no means subject to revision, and its sides are also definite and unchanged, the statement said.
