Turkish Minister of Defense Hulusi Akar says the Russian-Turkish Joint Monitoring Center will play a major role in monitoring the ceasefire in Nagorno-Karabakh, Anadolu reported.
According to him, the Center is deployed in ‘the Aghdam region of Karabakh’ and will contribute to ‘the efforts being made to ensure stability, peace and tranquility in the region’.
