The US intends to support the proposal of the National Football League (NFL) to use stadiums for COVID-19 vaccinations, US President Joe Biden told CBS.

Asked if the federal government intended to use all the stadiums, he says "absolutely we will."

"I’m going to tell my team they’re available and I believe we’ll use them," he noted.

Dr. Anthony Fauci, director of the US National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, has earlier said that herd immunity would appear in the US after 75% of the country's population were vaccinated.
