The Azerbaijanis might make provocations against the Russian peacekeepers in Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh). This is what political scientist, Azerologist Anzhela Elibegova told reporters today, adding that this is due to the fact that even though they won the war, the Azerbaijanis aren’t able to do whatever they want and can’t visit settlements without letting the peacekeepers know.
“Amid all this, the Azerbaijanis might make provocations against the Russian peacekeepers in the future,” she said.
