President of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan says he has received the second dose of the coronavirus vaccine, RIA Novosti reported.

Erdogan received the first dose of the CoronaVac vaccine in mid-January, after which he said he was feeling fine.

The vaccinations that began in Turkey in January will be conducted with the Chinese SinoVac company’s CoronaVac vaccine in four stages. Doctors and the elderly will receive the vaccine first, and nearly 9,000,000 people will receive the vaccine in the first stage of vaccinations. The first dose of the vaccine has been given to nearly 2,800,000 people.
