Leader of the Turkish Republican People’s Party Kemal Kilicoglu chose a creative method of conducting rallies.

Due to bad weather conditions, Kilicoglu failed to arrive in the Turkish province of Giresun, where he has scheduled a rally, causing dissatisfaction of local population. However, Turkish politician has found a creative way to solve the problem: he reached people via telephone, which was connected to a microphone. He apologized to the local population, for inability to speak in person but promised to fill this gap in nearest future, reports Turkish Milliyet.
