Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif condemned the United States and its European allies for trying to hold Iran accountable for non-compliance with the Iranian deal, rather than fulfilling its own obligations under the 2015 nuclear deal, Tasnim reported.

Later on Thursday, Zarif reacted to a joint statement previously posted by the US, UK, France, and Germany.

According to him, rather than engaging in sophistry and imposing on Iran, the European three countries should fulfill its own obligations and demand an end to Trump's legacy of economic terrorism against Iran.
