An official investigation has been ordered in connection with a leg injury received by a participant in a Tuesday's rally in Yerevan, police reported.
Earlier, the media spread the news that a protester broke his leg as a result of the police actions.
According to the police, the ambulance team took the protester to the hospital, where he was diagnosed with a bruise on the left leg.
An official investigation is being carried out over the incident.
