Georgia and Azerbaijan are strategic partners and have no problems in relations, said Georgian Foreign Minister Grigol Vashadze at a joint briefing with his Azerbaijani counterpart Elmar Mammadyarov.
He also noted that foreign ministers of both states meet once in six months to expand relations between the countries.
Speaking at a briefing, Georgian and Azerbaijani foreign ministers did not comment on details of the talks.
In the course of two-day visit to Georgia, Azerbaijani FM will also meet with President Mikhail Saakashvili.
