A group of political emigrants from Azerbaijan held a protest in front of the German Federal Foreign Office in Berlin with the demand that Germany ensures their security.

Turan reports that the demonstration comes after yesterday’s assassination attempt against political emigrant, blogger Mohammad Mirzali in France.

The demonstrators headed to the Embassy of Azerbaijan where they continued their demonstration and gave speeches in which they condemned the persecutions against political immigrants in Europe, demanding that EU member states take measures to ensure the security of those who criticize the government of Azerbaijan.
