During today’s session, the Council of Elders of Yerevan adopted a decision by which it set privileges (in the form of zero rate for local taxes) for children who moved from Nagorno-Karabakh after the war in 2020 and go to kindergartens in Yerevan.

By another decision, Armenian servicemen who became disabled during the war in Nagorno-Karabakh, as well as people whose vehicles remained under the control of Azerbaijan or became useless as a result of the hostilities, shall be exempt from the local tax for vehicles.
