Leader of the opposition Bright Armenia faction of the National Assembly of Armenia Edmon Marukyan didn’t clearly state what his faction would do, if the authorities decide to hold snap parliamentary elections in the fall and not before June 1, 2021.

Asked if Bright Armenia faction will run in the elections if they are held in the fall, Marukyan said if the authorities decide to hold them in the fall, his faction will consider it.

Marukyan added that during his meeting with Nikol Pashinyan, he saw that the latter has the political will to go to snap elections and wouldn’t like to call the political will into question based on the statement of any government official.
