The Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation has officially announced the launch of a criminal case against Mikhail Khachaturyan in relation to the tortures and sex acts against his three daughters who are charged with the murder of their father. The girls’ lawyers told TASS that their clients have officially been declared as victims under the case.

One of the daughters’ attorneys said the sisters have already become familiar with the decision made after inquest to launch a criminal case against their father.
