The Armed Forces need to prepare a report on the war under Onik Gasparyan’s leadership. This is what Secretary of the Security Council of Armenia Armen Grigoryan told reporters after today’s government session and refuted news that the government wants to point fingers at the Armed Forces and blame the latter for the defeat in the war.

“If the government wanted to point fingers at the Armed Forces, it would have prepared the report on its own and pointed fingers at the Armed Forces. This is not the government’s goal. Let’s not seek people who are guilty. This is why the Armed Forces need to prepare a comprehensive report on the war,” he said.
