YEREVAN. - US Dollar is going down in Armenia although it has strengthened its positions in the international market.

The average exchange rate made AMD 373.84/$1 on NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange on Friday, the lowest indicators within the recent month. On the whole, sales totaled $2.4 million. Most likely the Central Bank has not influenced the exchange rate.

Cash currency market immediately responded to changes in exchange rate.  Exchange offices purchase US Dollar at the rate of AMD 373/$1 and sell at AMD 375/$1.
