US Secretary of State Antony Blinken says Kosovo needs to resume talks with Serbia in order to accede to the EU and calls on Kosovo to participate in the US-backed dialogue with Serbia effectively and without thinking twice.
The talks over normalization of relations between Kosovo and neighboring Serbia were launched a decade ago, but were in a deadlock last year.
