One of the reasons why Azerbaijan unleashed aggression against Nagorno-Karabakh was because Armenia’s enemies saw that Armenia is becoming a country with new quality. This is what Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan said in response to deputies’ questions while presenting the report on the government’s activities in 2020 in parliament today.

According to him, everyone saw what happened in Armenia in 2019, and it was the deep systemic and substantive changes in Armenia that became a reason for the war.

In this regard, Pashinyan assured that in 2019, Armenia’s economy was growing the fastest in the region, and in addition, reputable international publishing houses declared Armenia country of the year from the political and economic perspectives.
