Armenian delegation to Council of Europe Parliamentary Assembly did not attend the sitting of subcommittee on Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, said the head of Armenian delegation to PACE David Harutyunyan to Armenian News-NEWS.am, adding that the previously voiced decision and was implemented today.

“We have also announced a unilateral moratorium on attacks and accusations against each other as a demonstration of constructive approach,” said Harutyunyan.

The head of the Armenian delegation marked that he would like to see the Azerbaijani colleagues doing the same, however they declined to.

"Now, in fact, a unilateral moratorium in process," he concluded.

David Harutyunyan found it difficult to specify the duration of moratorium, noting that if this approach will not work, the decision may be reconsidered.

"But it will not happen during current session," said Harutyunyan.
