YEREVAN. - State Property Management Department by the Government of Armenia prepared decree on liquidation of non-existent companies, reports the official web-site of Armenian Government.

The report refers to Agroaraqun, Ptkhabanjarexen, Argo Export-Import companies that are under subordination of Armenian Ministry of Agriculture.

Note that under Government decision of 2010, the Ministry of Justice and State Property Management Department were to run a process of adjustment of state-owned enterprises.
