The UAF, intercepted by the Israeli military two days ago on the border with Jordan, turned out to be an armed UAV that Iran sent to Israel from Iraq or Syria, said Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, RIA Novosti reported.
Netanyahu's remarks came at a meeting with German Foreign Minister Heiko Maas.
The Israeli military said on May 18 that it had shot down a drone that approached the border in the Emek HaMaayanot region in the northeast of the country.
