I want to see my nation in peace, and I don’t want my nation to have any problems. This is what former WBO super-middleweight champion Arthur Abraham told reporters in front of the Armenian government building today.

Arthur Abraham added that he isn’t participating in the protest in front of the government building and was simply passing by the building to approach his car.

“I can’t answer political questions because I’m an athlete. I simply ask everyone to make maximum efforts to ensure peace in our country and to make sure no soldier is killed. Let politicians decide how to do that. I want to keep what we have. We Armenians must not give any piece of our land to others. We need to stand united as one and be strong in order to win,” Arthur Abraham said.
