The criminal case regarding member of the Supreme Body of the Armenian Revolutionary Federation-Dashnaktsutyun political party Artsvik Minasyan’s nephew Hayk Hekimyan has been forwarded to court.

As reported the Judicial Information System, the criminal case was entered yesterday and was inscribed to Judge Robert Papoyan of the Yerevan Court of General Jurisdiction.

Hekimyan is charged with use of violence against a representative of the authorities.

According to the preliminary investigation body, on April 22, Hekimyan hit a police officer when protesters and police officers were pushing and shoving each other during the protest held near the building of the Prosecutor General’s Office of Armenia.
