Captive Armenians are being tried in Azerbaijan.

According to Azerbaijani media, it is about Ludvig Mkrtchyan (born in 1969) and Alyosha Khosrovyan (born in 1967).

Both are accused of crimes that were allegedly committed during the first Karabakh (Artsakh) war in the early 1990s.

"The indictment on the criminal case was approved and sent to Baku Military Court for consideration,” APA reported adding that 12 people were being recognized as victims.

Thus, the Azerbaijani authorities are carrying out the practice of settling scores with all the Armenians they had captured during the first war.
