YEREVAN. – The National Assembly resumed its work Wednesday, and paid tribute to the serviceman who was killed as a result of the Azerbaijani troops’ infiltration into Armenia.

As reported earlier, contract soldier, Junior Sergeant V. Khurshudyan (born in 1989) was killed Tuesday during the exchange of fire between Armenian servicemen and Azerbaijani troops that have crossing the Armenian border.

The Azerbaijani military has been in the Sev Lake area of Armenia's Syunik Province since May 12, in an attempt to strengthen itself in the area—and on the account of Armenian territories. There is a similar situation nearby Kut village of Gegharkunik Province, too.
