During today’s government session, Aharon Sahakyan was appointed Governor of Kotayk Province, replacing Mesrop Mesropyan.
Although the issue of Sahakyan’s appointment was an issue that had to be reported, it was presented through a secret procedure.
Mesropyan assumed the position of regional governor in November 2020.
