KAPAN. – An outgoing session of Armenian MOD discussed the state of military discipline in Armed Forces and moral-psychological state of the stuff.

Deputy Chief of General Stuff Major-General Valeri Grigoryan, made speech on preventing means and stated that violations and crimes reduced in 2011 compared to last year.

“Discipline in Armed Forces records significant progress. However, success is not sufficient and we should be consistent on developing works and continuing achievements,” Armenian MOD Seyran Ohanyan concluded.
