Second President of Armenia Robert Kocharyan believes it’s simply not worth commenting on the acting Prime Minister’s statement that he intended to transfer Meghri in 1999.
“It’s absurd. The person who made that statement is the person who really transferred everything. If anything was maintained, it was maintained through Russia’s efforts,” Kocharyan said, adding that Armenia has an unsuccessful, political Lilliput as a leader, namely the acting premier.
