President of France Emmanuel Macron says France will work towards restoration of peace between Armenia and Azerbaijan.

Macron also calls on Yerevan and Baku to release all captives and provide humanitarian aid.

“As a co-chairing country of the OSCE Minsk Group, France intends to do everything it can for restoration of peace between the countries and betterment of the situation,” Macron said, adding that delimitation between the parties must be carried out through negotiations and without the use of force.
