These authorities really have nothing to say. They should start singing the song about the “old” and the “new” that they have been singing for these three years. But our direct question should be: And what has been done in Armenia? Second President Robert Kocharyan, the leader of the "Armenia" bloc that will run in the snap parliamentary elections on June 20, stated this during a meeting with the residents and the representatives of this bloc’s election offices in Tavush Province.

This does not mean that we should go back to the old 'manners;' I simply rule that out. Am I 'old' or 'new' now? It seems to me that I have been well 'updated'. I have lived a completely different life, I have been on a different scale for the last ten years. From that point of view, it will be interesting to add the experience I have accumulated in recent years to the experience I gained during the years of my rule—in both Karabakh [(Artsakh)] and Armenia. From that point of view, we will have an interesting symbiotic situation," he said.

Kocharyan stressed that their team at the “Armenia” bloc will be able to bring such economic activity to Armenia that everyone will sense this immediately after the aforesaid elections. "Months will pass, and we will sense that the 'wheels' started to 'spin.' Now it seems that they are constantly throwing debris between the 'wheels' to slow down the process, you don't know why," Robert Kocharyan added.
