A 41-year-old German resident of Elmshorn set a restaurant on fire, which was on the ground floor of a Turkish cultural center, Lenta.ru informs quoting Welt.

Police excludes political motivation. According to law enforcement agents, the man living near the Turkish cultural center got nervous by incessant noise. Earlier he had turned to police for many times. Finally, the German took petroleum broke into the restaurant and burnt it. Clients ran away, sixteen people were poisoned slightly. The man is arrested. Investigation is underway.
