PreferredArmenian Genocide survivor will be awarded a title of Knight of National Order of the Legion of Honour. Former chairman and founder of French-Armenian Veteran Association Paul Haronian, 98, will be awarded in the city hall of Cannes by Mayor Bernard Brochand.
