YEREVAN. Armenia’s Metsamor and Russia’s Tutayev will become twin cities, Yerkramas, newspaper of Armenians of Russia reports.  The agreement was reached at the meeting between Governor of Yaroslavski region Sergey Vakhrukov and Governor of Armavir region Ashot Ghahramanyan. The members of the Armenian delegation discussed prospects for further cooperation in processing industry, development of cogeneration energy, as well as import of local engines for Armenian enterprises.
