Ruben Aganbegyan, Armenian by origin, will head a single Russian stock exchange. MICEX and RTS stock exchanges signed a merger agreement on Wednesday. Earlier Aganbegyan held a post of MICEX president. Signing of an agreement was postponed for several times and the experts considered the sides would fail to sign it in June.
