Council of Europe is very positive for Georgia, permanent rep. of Georgia to the Council of Europe Mamuka Jgenti told Pirveli agency. Jgenti stated it in Strasbourg before the session of CoE monitoring group, where report about Georgia should have been discussed.  The report, written by Director General of Political Affairs and Democracy of Council of Europe Jean Louis Loran, referred to Georgia’s obligations. CoE offers Georgia to pass new election code six months before elections and new legislation on ethnic minorities living in Georgia.
