The Central Election Commission received 3 applications to declare the election results invalid, the CEC chair Tigran Mukuchyan said on Sunday while summing up the results of the snap parliamentary elections.
According to him, before voting in the snap elections, the CEC received 85 applications, of which 13 applications were from parties and party blocs, 17 applications were about self-rejection of candidates for deputies, 2 applications - from non-governmental organizations demanding clarifications, 2 applications - from parliament deputies, 48 appeals of citizens, 2 - an application was submitted by citizen Tigran Arzakantsyan, whose registration as a candidate was invalidated by the decision of the election commission.
