The intellect of some members of Armenian society is gone forever. This is what political technologist Karen Kocharyan told reporters today.
According to him, now it is necessary to work with the young generation.
“If a person is educated, he won’t say to himself that he doesn’t care about others so long as he is doing fine. The person needs to understand that if people around him are in a bad situation, he will also be in a bad situation,” Kocharyan added.
