YEREVAN. - A rally of the oppositional Armenian National Congress (ANC) is held in Liberty Square of Yerevan at 8:20 p.m. local time.
According to the Armenian News-NEWS.am correspondent, the number of participants is not high.
Recently amnestied activists Sargis Hatspanyan and Sasun Mikaelyan have already addressed the crowd.
