The disgraceful illegal detention of Mkhitar Zakaryan has already been appealed in court. Yerem Sargsyan, the lawyer of former mayor Mkhitar Zakaryan of Meghri, Armenia, wrote this on Facebook.
He added that investigative actions are to take place at the Investigative Committee at 2pm, and with Zakaryan's participation.
