Germany is looking for ways to evacuate people from Afghanistan beyond its capacity to get them out of Kabul airport, Reuters reports.
As long as the situation on the ground allows, we want the air bridges to remain active and evacuate people from the Kabul airport, a government spokesman said.
According to him, Germany is in talks with the Taliban to allow as many people as possible to leave Afghanistan.
