World oil prices are fluctuating Tuesday morning, and trading data attest to this.
Accordingly, the WTI crude oil futures for December have dropped by 0.06 percent to $84 a barrel.
But the Brent oil futures for January have gone up by 0.08 percent to $84.78 a barrel.
