The topic of Ukraine is a sensitive topic in the relations between Turkey and Russia, but the constructive dialogue continues, and Ankara will continue its efforts to ensure security of the Tatars of Crimea, Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu declared, RIA Novosti reports.

“… We [with Russia-ed.] have disagreements, but we continue the constructive dialogue, and we both maintain reciprocal sensitivity [in regard to certain issues-ed.] The topic of Ukraine is one of them. We don’t recognize and won’t recognize the unlawful annexation of Crimea. We will continue to aspire for the security and welfare of our Tatar compatriots of Crimea,” Anadolu news agency cites Cavusoglu’s remarks.
