Under the draft state budget for 2022, the Armenian government plans to allocate AMD 41,354,000,000 to the Ministry of Economy, and out of those funds, nearly AMD 23,637,000,000 will be geared towards expenditures in the agriculture sector. This is what Minister of Finance Tigran Khachatryan said during today’s discussion on the draft state budget for 2022 held as part of the joint session of parliamentary standing committees.

Compared to 2021, there will be 34.9% growth of expenditures in the agriculture sector.
