Russia’s Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov says his country hopes the old Europe won’t allow entanglement in the confrontation with Moscow and Minsk, RIA Novosti reports.

“I really hope the responsible Europeans, especially the so-called Eurogrands will have the will and won’t allow entanglement in the endless coil [of confrontation] which is rather dangerous,” Lavrov said, commenting on Poland’s statements on the migration crisis according to which the situation on the Poland-Belarus border is similar to the situation in 1939 and that Polish power structures are ‘the frontline of the front’ on the border.
