At least 13 Syrian army soldiers and National Defense Forces (NDF) fighters were killed Saturday in a clash with terrorists in Deir ez-Zor Governorate.
According to Al Jadeed television, these soldiers and NDF militia were trapped by the Islamic State terrorists in Al Misrab district.
During the clashes, government forces pushed back the terrorists, who retreated to the depths of the desert.
The wounded soldiers and NDF fighters were hospitalized.
