Russia and Armenia are holding consultations over the escalation of the situation on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border through military and diplomatic channels. This is what Ambassador of Armenia to Moscow Vardan Toghanyan reported to TASS.
“Operative consultations are underway [in regard to the escalation on the border],” the Ambassador added.
