Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to Armenia Sergey Kopirkin failed to respond to Armenian News-NEWS.am’s request to comment on the escalation of the situation on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border.
Prior to this, U.S. Ambassador to Armenia Lynne Tracy had said attempts are being made to stabilize the situation.
