“It’s a good thing your justice minister undertook the initiative to renovate penitentiary institutions because that is where you will be in the future,” Mamijanyan said, but Pashinyan had the answer to this.
“I had bad news for you. I have managed to be in four penitentiary institutions in Armenia, and I haven’t felt bad there at all,” he said.
The head of government wanted to continue to speak, but his subordinates, that is, the deputies of the ruling “Civil Contract” faction, spoke in his defense, and this led to a dispute between the deputies of the opposition and ruling factions, and there were also offensive remarks.
Nevertheless, the dispute didn’t last long and ended after the opposition MPs left the room, without listening to their opponents until the end.
