Deputy Commander of the Troops of the Southern Military Okrug of Russia, Lieutenant General Rustam Muradov arrived in Yerevan from Baku this evening.

Sputnik Armenia reports that Muradov has brought the body of an Armenian servicemen that the Azerbaijani side had transferred.

As reported earlier, Muradov will hold negotiations with the sides to develop a mechanism to prevent the armed incidents [this concerns the settlement of the situation beyond the zone of responsibility of the Russian peacekeepers on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border].
