Yerevan has appealed to Moscow for help—first of all, so that the territorial integrity of Armenia is restore. Eduard Aghajanyan, a member of the majority "Civil Contract" Faction in the National Assembly (NA) of Armenia, stated this Friday during the traditional press briefings at the NA.

Moreover, according to the MP, Russia's proposals should be considered in this context.

"Thanks to the delimitation and demarcation process of the borders [with Azerbaijan], this problem is expected to be resolved and the territorial integrity of Armenia—to be restored. Therefore, Russia's military intervention is not an end in itself. Now the most important task is to ensure the inviolability of the sovereign territory of Armenia. [Border] delimitation and demarcation are the tools that will ensure the noted result," said Aghajanyan.
