YEREVAN. - President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan expressed condolences to the President of Ukraine Dmitri Yanukovych over the arson in a nursing house in Rivne region of Ukraine.

The nursing house took fire on July 10. Only 11 of 27 people trapped inside the house have been saved. They were hospitalized with diagnosis of poisoning by combustion products. Three of them are in grave condition.

According to preliminary reports, the tragedy was caused by careless handling of fire. Two-day mourning period has been announced in Rivne region.
